1. good oil:lubricating oil should have good oil. Oily means that lubricating oil can effectively form an oil film, reduce friction and reduce wear.
2. Temperature adaptability:The lubricating oil should have a wide operating temperature range, good fluidity at low temperatures, and stability at high temperatures.
3. Oxidation resistance:Lubricants need to have good oxidation resistance to prevent oxidative decomposition at high temperatures and prevent oil deterioration and performance degradation. The lubricating oil with strong oxidation resistance can prolong the service life of the oil and reduce the corrosion inside the machine.
4. Abrasion resistance:lubricants should have good wear resistance to reduce gear and bearing wear.
5. Rust and corrosion resistance:Lubricating oil should have anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, especially in humid, high temperature, corrosive environment, good anti-rust performance can effectively prevent the oxidation and corrosion of the internal metal parts of the reducer.
6. Viscosity-temperature characteristics:The viscosity of the lubricating oil should change little with temperature to ensure that it can maintain a good lubrication effect at different temperatures. Low viscosity oil can maintain fluidity at low temperature, and can maintain proper viscosity at high temperature.
